Designing a strategy to improve trust in the Ksyos platform, a 'digital hospital' that seeks to off-load from the overburdened GPs in the Netherlands.

Solution
To tackle these trust-related challenges, our solution revolves around accomplishing three key objectives:
1. Humanising Medical Specialists (MSs) by introducing detailed profiles.
2. Collecting reviews on the MSs to provide General Practitioners (GPs) with proof for quality of care that Ksyos provides
3. Lastly position Ksyos as an enabler for accessing unused care capacities. By shifting this narrative, we aim to clarify the role of Ksyos as a complementary service rather than a competitor.


The prototypes were created by me, in addition I played an active role in creating the system maps and blueprints for the redesigned UI.

Along with the strategy proposal, we had to share the activities this organisation must do in order to achieve the future vision.
Outcome
Together we created a Design Roadmap aligning their future vision with the product and service improvements, created a Service Blueprint to map the backend & frontend activities to achieve the goal and created an AI guidelines for AI integration into their products.
